Fairview Parkway
The project, completed ahead of schedule, connects the existing road at Ridgeview Drive to the newly developed area north of it. with traffic flowing between Fairview Crossing Boulevard and Ridgeview Drive as of February 11, 2026. This new four-lane, north-south arterial serves as a crucial reliever route for Highway 5

03/01/26 Currently working on several elevated bridges simultaneously to complete a few million SF of deck.
Substantial Completion
05/01/24 FM51 reached substantial completion, concluding the bridge replacement and providing the Gainsville community with a wider bridge over Elm Fork Trinity River.
